Developed by the NAHB Remodelors Council, in collaboration with the AARP, the NAHB Research Center, and the NAHB Senior Housing Council, the CAPS Program teaches the skill necessary to effectively service individuals with home modifications that will allow them to remain in the homes safely, independently and comfortably, regardless of age, income or ability level.  The designation (CGR) indicates that a remodeler has completed the requirements for the CGR professional credentials program, including  educational credits and certain prescribed standards of business experience and practices.
